Chiropractic is a hands-on therapy that focuses on the muscles and joints of the body to help alleviate pain, improve function, and prevent future problems. While manipulation (also known as adjusting) is the main form of treatment, we use multiple techniques including soft tissue work and rehab exercises to achieve your goals. These techniques can be applied not only to the spine to address back or neck pain, but to any joint of the body, to help you improve conditions such as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, achilles tendonitis, and more! Our initial Chiro assessment requires that you complete an intake form, and allows for a 30 min window of time which includes a treatment. Our follow up Chiro treatments are booked for 15 min.
