Our initial Chiro assessment requires that you complete an intake form, and allows for a 30 min window of time which includes a treatment. Our follow up Chiro treatments are booked for 15 min. Both of these are accessible in on-line booking, or give us a call if you have questions. Hope to see you soon!

I became interested in massage therapy after realizing that I wasn’t contributing to the world in the way I wanted to be, which affected how happy and fulfilled I was with my work. I was running a franchise with a successful restaurant company in Edmonton and it was doing fairly well, but I knew there had to be something more for me.

I’ve always been an athlete who’s been passionate about health and wellness, and that’s why I became a massage therapist; so I could help others become happier and have greater levels of wellbeing too. I have experience working with a variety of chronic pain conditions and needs, and throughout the hundreds of people I’ve had the privilege to work with, I can proudly say that I’ve helped many of them overcome their chronic pain issues and reach their goals.

So no matter what your situation is and what you’re looking for – whether it’s just to relax and destress or fix a recurring problem in the body – you can feel confident choosing me for your therapeutic needs. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Offered treatments: – Deep Tissue/Therapeutic – Swedish/Relaxation – Cupping – Athletic Taping – Trigger Point Therapy

James believes that treating the physical body in a holistic manner includes the spirit as well. He performs gentle manual therapy that aids the body’s ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that may cause pain and dysfunction. His focus will go beyond painful areas in the body to where trauma and other problems may be stored. By releasing lesions or increasing the range of motion in the body and organs this will help the body to re-establish its ability to adapt and restore to better health. As a recent empty-nester, he enjoys RV camping, traveling, and reading in his spare time.
